A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Sabretooth shortly after escaping his restraints by tricking Jubilee, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season one episode "Deadly Reunions," which aired on January 23, 1993. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 6.75"x5.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor scratches, surface wear, light line fade, and backing paper stuck to the reverse of the paint from storage and studio use. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for display purposes.
