A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring a great group image of Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Rogue as they interrogate Wolverine about wear he has been, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season one episode "Slave Island," which aired on February 13, 1993. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7.5"x5.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor scratches, surface wear, light line fade, and backing paper stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio use and storage. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background for display purposes. Also included is a non-matching production drawing with an area of surface damage near the character image.
