A layout drawing from the Warner Bros. Studio production "Batman: The Animated Series" (1992-2001). Featuring the Joker utilizing a Christmas tree like a rocket powered vehicle, the graphite drawing was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The imagery was created for the second episode of season one, titled "Christmas with the Joker," which aired on November 13, 1992. The episode was the introduction of The Joker in the series, and the scene pictured is one of his first times on screen. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 5"x3.5", the drawing is in very good condition with minor discoloration, light graphite smudges, and light edge and corner wear, including creasing around the bottom left and right corners.
